I won’t give you some sappy spiel about moving to the beautiful North Georgia Mountain area and insult your intelligence. Obviously you know something about the area and that is why you are inquiring.  I want to work with serious buyers, like you, who have some idea of what they are looking for and want me to find it, not steer them to one of their own listings that are only close to what you are looking for. I search it all for you. 

A little bit about whom you will be working with, [hopefully me!] I sold my first lake house when I was 14 [ask me to tell the story, it’s a goody] and have been in real estate in one form or another ever since. My wife and I have studied real estate as hobby for years and while running some cottages next to Lake Blue Ridge we kept meeting folks who were looking for real estate while staying with us. We kept telling them about property we had seen and they’d come back and thank us because they’d just bought it! It was funny at first, and then it happened again and again until it wasn’t so funny anymore. So I went full time and it’s been great helping people find their dream home or land and getting paid for it! The reason I have been able to help so many people is because I inform my customers to make them educated buyers instead of steering them to one property or another. I will show you all the listings from all the companies that fall into your specific search. That I will do for you. I won’t tell you what you want. You will tell me and I’ll find it. I just want to be the one to show it to you. Remember, I am not trying to sell you a property. I am just showing you properties that will sell themselves if you could only get someone like me to show them to you. And educating you can help you get a better deal most of the time. It is a win, win, win situation and that’s what I like to do. Have everyone walk away from the closing table feeling good about the deal.
